Please find below details regarding our procedure with handling customer information.

Privacy Notice
Your data will be held by Wisali and its subsidiaries via our system database. Our legitimate interest and legal basis for processing the data is to facilitate support and maintenance of applications according to the existing contract in place. Your data will not be shared with any third party unless you further consent to this. The data will be stored in our System database for a period of the execution of the existing maintenance contract. If the support and maintenance contract expires, we will remove your data after 5 years from the expiration date.

The data we store is the following: name, email, physical address and telephone number(s).

In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), it is required that you consent to Wisali’s further storing of your data in our system.

As the system is a legitimate and vital interest of both us and you as a customer, please provide your consent by clicking on the link below:

Depending on the action you take, we will then either keep you in our system or disable the assigned Wisali account until the customer provides us with details of another customer representative.

Your rights are as follows: 

• You have the right to withdraw at any time, where relevant.
• You have the right to access your data at any time
• You have the right to amend your data at any time
• You have the right to erasure from our database.
• You have the right to restrict processing of your data.
• You have the right to data portability.
• You have the right to object the processing of your data.
• You have the right to lodge a complaint at any time, where relevant.

Any request for the above rights must be made in writing via email to info@wisali.com. Where applicable, Wisali will comply within 1 month of receiving the request.
