Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, washing machine and SmartTV (with Netflix included for free).

The highlight of the apartment is the uniquely beautiful outdoor area with a fantastic view of the sea. It includes a community pool, children's pool, community garden and outdoor shower. Enjoy relaxing hours outdoors on the sun loungers on the private, partially covered terrace and dining area while enjoying a delicious meal or sundowner. The outdoor area also includes a tennis court and a balcony.

A 10-minute drive (5 km) takes you to the center of Rincón de la Victoria, with its excellent international restaurants, bars and cafes, as well as a supermarket. A golf course is just a 6-minute drive (3 km) from the accommodation. There are numerous trekking routes and cycling trails in the area. In about 25 minutes by car you can reach the center of Málaga (21 km), where you can visit famous sights such as the Picasso Museum and the Alcazaba, an ancient Moorish fortress. The beautiful city of Granada can be reached by car in 1 hour and 29 minutes (135 km). Here you can visit the stunning Alhambra, which is a must-see when you are in the city. You can get to the beach Playa de Torre de Benagalbón (4.5 km) in 8 minutes by car. Here you can tan on the fine sand, swim in the sea and enjoy the Spanish sun.
